1. How to get started

2.  Select your place to stay

We recommend you to stay in our selected accommodation which tend to be small and privately owned or stylish and exclusive, but are all very charming and have plenty of character.  We have a collection of the finest havelis (traditional Indian houses), palaces and forts, desert camps & safari lodges, boutique hotels and authentic home stays and Himalayan mountain resorts.  All represent the local vibrant cultural heritage and have an ambience of genuine hospitality and beauty.

3. The tailor made trip – Your travel plan

Your travel plan, tour itinerary, accommodation details, together with charges will be forwarded in order for you to check the details and make any final changes if necessary and ask any further questions you may have.

Once we received your confirmation, we will send the final travel plan including your detailed tour itinerary, accommodation details, means of transportations, other services and cost of your tailor made trip together with our company banking details.

We will send a payment request in order to confirm your booking. Once we receive your payment we will send you confirmation of your booked trip.

4. A few weeks before your arrival

You will receive the following details :

a)    Hotel vouchers
b)    Flight or train tickets (if applicable)
c)    Contact number of your personal tour coordinator and guides in India, Nepal or Bhutan
d)    Contact number of one of the Executive Directors of company 5 Kzonga sunshine travels pvt Ltd. in India.
e)    Additional contact numbers in India, Nepal or Bhutan

5.  We are here to support you throughout your experience.

At the time of your arrival, your tour guide will welcome you at the airport and will assist you to your next destination.
